I Use of any other subcontractors shall require the written approval of CITY; such approval I not to be unreasonably withheld. CONSULTANT shall remain responsible for all servIces. I E. Changes Any changes in this Agreement, including the CONSULTANT Scope of Services I (Attachment 1) and the Scope of CITY Services (Attachment 2), the list of deliverables and any modification of the amount of compensation, shall be first mutually agreed upon by CONSULTANT and CITY, and incorporated into a written amendment to this I Agreement.
