Hills. <br /> We propose to address these needs within the Arden Hills trade area through the following programs: <br /> - <br /> 1. Provide financial support and cultural resources to the Northwest Youth and Family Services program in <br /> - New Brighton. We have met with Kay Andrews and we discussed their programs serving the broader <br /> community in the Arden Hills trade area and our ability to provide some financial resources to Northwest <br /> I Youth and Family Services through these gaming proceeds. We also may be able to provide some cultural <br /> resources to their staff to enable them to address any issues affecting Indian clients they may serve. <br /> I 2. At some point in the future we may contribute to a Habitat for Humanity project to provide affordable <br /> housing within the trade area. We have spoken with Stephen Side!, Executive Director of Twin Cites <br /> Habitat for Humanity and he advises they have no current projects within the Arden Hills trade area <br /> I but may at some time in the future. They have built homes in New Brighton. <br /> Proceeds to Earthstar Project activities <br /> I Use of these funds will be in accordance with the State Gaming Commission requirements and the agreement with <br /> the City of Arden Hills. The Earthstar Board of Directors will approve the use of these funds for the treatment of <br /> PTSD, the elderly services program or affordable housing programs as the needs are prioritized by the Board in <br /> I accordance with meeting the requirements of the State Gaming Commission. <br /> I <br /> f' <br /> I <br />
