The current plan provides fur sixteen (16) Townhoose units, rather than 18 <br /> Townhouse units; <br />Ie 2. The private drive is a.urentIy located approximately 580 fuel west of the intersection <br /> of County RoadE2 and Old Highway 10, ratherthan 145 fuel west of that <br />I intersection; <br /> 3. The current plan has no units which encroach upon e:>cisting easements; <br />I 4. The current plan relocates the pmk trail back onto its e:>cisting easement, pursuant to <br /> the request of the Ramsey County Paries and Recreation Department and; <br />I 5. The current proposal provides fur only attached garages. <br />I The draft Enviromnental Assessment WotXsheet (EA W) fur the Ogren project is scheduled to be <br /> considered by the City Council onJu/y 10, 1995. The staffwill be requesting that the City Council <br />I authorize the City Administrator to publish the EA W in the EQB Monitor. The EQB Monitor is <br /> scheduled to be published on July 31, 1995. The 30 day public comment period would thenextencl to <br /> August 30, 1995 The City Council would then be asked to detennine the adequacy of the EA W and <br />I evaluate the need fur an EnWomnental Impact Statement (ElS). <br />I <br />I- <br />I <br />
