Adopting Final Assessment Roll- Eight (8) Years. <br />MOTION: Hicks moved and Malone seconded a motion to adopt Resolution 95-50, Adopting I <br /> Final Assessment Roll. Eight (8) Years. <br />Councilmember Keim commented that she still did not feel roadways turned over from the County I <br />should be assessed similar to other streets, but since County Road F will be assessed to be fair she <br />will vote in favor. I <br /> The motion carried unanimously (4-0). I <br />Adopt Resolution 95-51. Adoptinl! Final Assessment Roll-Five (5) Years. <br />MOTION: Hicks moved and Malone seconded a motion to adopt Resolution 95-51, Adopting I <br /> Final Assessment Roll-Five (5) Years. The motion carried unanimously (4-0). <br />Adopt Resolution 95-46. Establishing Assessment Rates. I <br />MOTION: Malone moved and Hicks seconded a motion to amend Resolution 95-46, reflecting -. <br /> a Commercial Assessment Rate of$47.00. The motion carried unanimously (4-0). <br />Setting of Public Hearing I <br />MOTION: Malone moved and Hicks seconded a motion to schedule an Assessment Hearing on <br /> July 31, 1995 at 7:30 p.m. to consider assessments for the 1995 Street Improvement I <br /> Program in regarding those properties within the Hunter Park Homeowners <br /> Association. The motion carried unanimously (4-0). I <br />Mayor Probst indicated Hunters Park will be notified of the upcoming assessment hearing, all 68 <br />homeowners will be notified. I <br />Mr. Bob Porter, 1128 Benton Way, requested the information regarding the details of the project <br />be presented at this time also. I <br />Mayor Probst indicated there will be a presentation. <br />Adopt Resolution 95-52. Accepting Bid and Authorizinl!
