It also requires the state agency providing assistance to negotiate job and wage goals, <br /> with the company required to reimburse the sate if it fails to meet those goals. <br /> Transportation (Chapter 265) This is the omnibus transportation funding bill, , <br /> appropriating funds for roads and bridges and for metropolitan transit.
