The Grit Chamber will be located on Valentine Park,
at a cost of approximately $27,845. Mr. Fritsinger pointed out this is a new requirement not .
previously requested by RCWD.
The Mounds View School District has also made a request to the City to conned/to the Arden Hills .
sanitary sewer line as part of the County Road F reconstruction project. During a meeting this past
week the School District indicated they would pay the City directly for this improvement, rather than
pursue a Petition of Assessment. The cost of this is estimated at $21,683. .
Mr. Fritsinger indicated the School District currently receives its sanitary sewer service from the
City of New Brighton.
