-
I
I . . . -
I ,
.",.'
I
I IT'S YOUR BACKYARD - YOU DECIDE!!!
I
I. On Thursday, July 27, beginning at 6 p.m. at the Army Reserve
Center (NW Comer of Hwy 96 and Lexington Av.), the city of Arden
I Hills will present its ideas for re-use of the Twin Cities Army
Ammunition Plant (TCAAP). The 4-square miles may soon be returned
to public use. Unfortunately, the city has developed proposals that would
I turn most of the land into industrial, commercial and residential uses.
The TCAAP offers the last best chance to create a large open-space park
I in Ramsey county.
I The city needs to hear your voice supporting a park - one that would
include at least 1500 acres of open space. Please attend the meeting
I and lend your support!!!
I
I Presented by Friends of the TCAAP
Quarterly newsletter can be obtained by sending $5 annual subscription cost to: Preserve Open
I- Space Environment, 5610 Albert St., Shoreview, MN 55126.
I
-
