They would then in turn <br /> discuss changes at future 1995 Worksession Meetings. After completion of the Sessions <br /> a retreat would be scheduled to firm up the changes. - <br /> 3-d. DISCUSSION OF HIGHWAY 96 IMPROVEMENTS <br /> Park and Recreation Director. Cindy Walsh, advised the staff on the current status of . <br /> Highway 96. The Highway 96 group meets every Monday. She indicated that Arden . <br /> Hills must be more agressive with their plans and communicate more directly to the <br /> County. The Highway will be four (4) lanes, running from White Bear Lake to New <br /> Brighton. I <br /> Among the issues to be determined are; left. hand lanes, street lighting and landscaping. <br /> Councilmember Hicks indicated he would be pleased if the Highway 96 median/divider .. <br /> was landscaped. <br /> 3-e. AIKEN DRAINAGE . <br /> City Administrator, Brian Fritsinger, indicated that the necessary elevations exist for . <br /> regrading at this residence. Mayor Probst indicated that photos and a log of the progress <br /> be initated during the process to ensure that further problems do not occur. <br /> ADMINISTRATORlDEPARTMENT HEAD COMMENTS . <br /> City Administrator, Brian Fritsinger, discussed the Berger letter with concern's . <br /> regarding the stucco problem on his home. Mr. Fritsinger indicated after conversations <br /> with the City Attorney the City was not negligent or liable to the homeowner for this . <br /> problem. <br /> Information was given to all participants of the Worksession regarding the Shoreview/ . <br /> University of Minnesota land sale. <br /> COUNCIL COMMENTS . <br /> Mayor Probst initiated a discussion of TCAAP.
