Also present <br /> I were Council Member Paul Malone and City Accountant Terry Post. <br /> Minutes of the May meeting have been revised and will be submitted separately. <br /> I TCMP UDdate - Tom Steele/Chuck Mertensotto <br /> Study is proceeding on schedule. June 8 workshop was a series of visionary exercises <br /> I (how the project will look 5-10-20 years from now) and collecting of inputs. Next week <br /> Camiros will present a recap of the material gathered so far. Tom Steele has m~ with <br /> Joyce Levine of Camiros to discuss the complex input/output matrix. <br /> .. -.. <br /> Financial Rc:view: Terry Post noted that he had sold the Piper Instih11ional Government <br /> I Fund on June 9. Despite all the problems with the fund, the City has realized a better- <br /> than money market return of 4.33% since purchase in late 1991. <br /> I Terry reviewed the City of Arden Hills Investment Policy. He recommended that the <br /> types of suitable investments be greatly narrowed from that which are now permissible. <br /> A new written proposal will be submitted for review at the next meeting of the Finance <br /> I Committee. <br /> Chuck Mertensouo led a discussion regarding water meter replacement funding - a one <br /> I time charge or a charge spread out over time. Terry will ask for a RFQ in writing from <br /> meter companies to try to more specifically pin down the cost of the project. <br /> I Paul Malone discussed various Council matters - County Road F assessments; National <br /> Guard and Arden Manor water hook-up; Bethel Mortgage. <br /> I Meeting adjourned at 9:30 p.m. <br /> I <br /> I. <br /> I <br /> -- <br />
