<br /> I <br /> I CITY OF ARDEN HILLS <br /> RAMSEY COUNTY <br /> . <br /> I RESOLUTION 95-57 <br /> A RESOLUTION FOR THE CITY OF ARDEN HILLS <br /> I A RESOLUTION ADOPTING FINAL ASSESSMENT ROLL FIVE (5) YEARS <br /> I WHEREAS, the Arden Hills City Council, at its June 26, 1995 meeting approved Resolution <br /> 95-51 adopting the final assessment roll for the 1995 Street Maintenance <br /> I Improvement Project; and <br /> WHEREAS, the City Council, at its June 26,1995 meeting, removed those sixty-eight (68) <br /> I properties within the Hunters Park Homeowners Association proposed to be <br /> assessed for the Benton Way overlay and scheduled an Assessment Hearing for <br /> July 31, 1995; and <br /> I WHEREAS, these properties were removed from the original assessment roll to allow for <br /> proper notice of the July 31, [995, Hearing to be given and an additional <br /> I informational meeting held; and <br /> . WHEREAS, City staff has held such informational meeting with the Association to further <br /> I discuss the project and the proposed assessments; and <br /> I WHEREAS, the City Council continued the July 31, 1995, Hearing, for additional comments at <br /> its August 14, 1995 Meeting, and <br /> I WHEREAS, upon due notice properly made as required by law. the Arden Hills City Council <br /> has met and heard and passed upon all objections to the proposed assessment for <br /> the 1995 Street Maintenance Improvement and has determined the amount to be <br /> I assessed against each individual property as the Council deems just; <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council for the City of Arden Hills, <br /> I Minnesota: <br /> l. Final assessment roll. a copy of which is attached hereto and incorporated herein by this <br /> I reference, is hereby accepted and adopted and shall constitute the special assessment <br /> against the lands therein named, Each such tract of land in the assessment roll is hereby <br /> found to be benefitted by the improvement in an amount not less than the amount of the <br /> I assessment levied against it. <br /> 2. Such assessment shall be payable in equal annual installments, including both principal <br /> I and interest, amortized in such amount annually as is required to pay the principal with <br /> interest as 8% over a period of five years for those properties with an assessment amount <br /> I . less than $3500, <br /> I <br />
