<br /> -------------- <br /> I <br /> CITY OF ARDEN HILLS . <br /> RAMSEY COUNTY . -e <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 95-59 I <br /> RESOLUTION ORDERING THE PREPARATION OF PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS I <br /> FOR PROPOSED 1995 STORM WATER MAINTENANCE PROJECTS (509 Project) <br /> WHEREAS, the City has identified a number of storm water maintenance projects within the I <br /> ~ <br /> City of Arden Hills; and . <br /> WHEREAS, the City has created a special enterprise fund to cover the costs of such projects; <br /> and <br /> WHEREAS, staffhas recommended that in 1995 and 1996 improvements be made to the outlet I <br /> from Lake Josephine and the ditch inlet to Karth Lake; and I <br /> WHEREAS, plans and specifications need to be obtained before the solicitation of competitive <br /> bids can occur; and I <br /> WHEREAS, the City engineer has estimated the costs of the projects to be approximately - <br /> $102,000. I <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the City Council of Arden Hills, Minnesota I <br /> that MSA Consulting Engineers, is hereby designated to prepare plans and specifications for the <br /> proposed storm water maintenance projects. <br /> I <br /> , I <br /> PASSED AND ADOPTED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ARDEN HILLS <br /> THIS 14TH DAY OF AUGUST, 1995.
