Chair Erickson indicated the survey I would establish lhe correct property lines and could prove beneficial to the City and to the applicant in obtaining options to the variance. The motion carried (4-2, Commissioners Rye and McGraw opposed). I Mr. Ringwald indicated the City has 10 days from the time an application is received to provide to the applicant a list of anything needed by staff for a complete application, and then there is a 60 day I time limit for action, a 60 day extension can be given ifwrirten reason is given to the applicant. .
