Within the packet the Council will find a brief summary <br /> I of issues related to the 1996 proposed budget. Due to the fact the <br /> copy machine broke down, a full detailed budget will not be available <br /> .- until meeting time. <br /> b. Investment Policv <br /> Within the packet the Council will have the current investment policy <br /> I along with a revised policy recommended by the Finance Committee. <br /> c. Water Meter Renlacement <br /> I The Finance Committee has been studying the financial alternatives <br /> for the replacement of municipal water meters. A brief description of <br /> . the various types of meters is included for Council review. <br /> d. Gatewav Business District <br /> I Staff would like to begin some base line discussions on the <br /> development of the Gateway Business District. The memorandum <br /> from Mr. Ringwald outlines some of Staff s thoughts. In addition, I <br /> . expect to briefly review conversations and concept plans by HOM <br /> Oak and Leather. <br /> I 2.
