Each city may amend its proposed budget and must adopt a fmal budget at the subsequent <br /> hearing. <br /> I. 6. The subsequent hearing must be held on a date subsequent to the date of the initial hearing, or <br /> subsequent to the date of the continuation hearing if one is held. The subsequent hearing may <br /> 1 be held at a regularly scheduled cit)' council meeting or at a special meeting scheduled for the <br /> purpose of the subsequent hearing.
