Box 5477 <br /> 6350 Industrial Drive <br /> Eden Prairie, MN 55346 <br /> I Dear Mr. Bury: <br /> I The Arden Hills City Council at its August 14, 1995 meeting approved pay estimate <br /> number one in the amount of $338,738.08 for the County Road F ReconstrUction project. <br /> As we discussed. by phone, the Council also directed me to communicate in writing their <br /> I concerns about this project. <br /> " Over the course of this project there has been a number of problems that occurred which <br /> have resulted in damages to residents personal property. Recently some of the damages <br /> which occurred have caused significant financial hardship for several residents. The City <br /> I Council is specifically concerned about the need to resolve these damage claims. <br /> Should these open claims not be resolved prior to your next pay estimate claim, the <br /> I Council will seriously consider increasing retainage from the pay estimate to cover the <br /> cost of these damages.
