More than 330,000 new households are <br /> projected by the year 2020 in the seven-county region. The Metropolitan Council, <br /> with public participation, is exploring various scenarios for development and growth. <br />I By early 1996. one growth sccnario depicling long-term physical growth and <br /> development patterns will be selected by the Council. This scenario will serve as the <br /> framework for further Regional Blueprinr action and implementation of the <br />I Metropolitan Livable Communities Act, recently enacted into law, <br /> Please join the Council in a series of community meetings throughout the region and <br />I adjacent counties this summer.
