<br />. <br />.- <br />. <br /> , 13-9 ARDEN HILLS CODE ( <br />I violations thereof, it shall be the duty of the licensee, or the <br /> person in charge of the premises to be inspected. to admit <br /> thereto for the purpose of making such inspection any <br />. officer or employee of the city who is authorized or directed <br /> to make such inspection at any reasonable time that <br /> admission is requested. Whenever an analysis of any <br />. commodity or material is reasonably necessary to secure <br /> conformance with any such provision of this Code or to <br /> detect violations thereof, it shall be the duty of any licensee <br />. whose business is governed by such provision to give to any <br /> authorized officer or employee of the municipality requesting <br /> the same sufficient samples of such material or commodity <br /> for such analysis upon request. <br />I Sec. 13-10. Expiration, <br /> Unless otherwise provided by this Code, all annual <br />I licenses or annual permit fees shall expire on the thirty-first <br /> day of December of each year. <br />.- Sec. 13-11. Change of locations of premises. <br /> Except as otherwise specifically provided in this C"de, the <br /> location of any licensed business or occupation may be <br />. changed, provided ten (10) days' notice thereof is given to <br /> the clerk-administrator in the absence of any provision to <br /> the contrary; provided, that the building, zoning and <br /> frontage consent requirements of this Code are complied <br />. with. <br /> Sec. 13-12. Posting of licenses. <br />. It shall be the duty of every person conducting a licensed <br /> business in the city to keep his license posted in a <br /> prominent place on the premises used for 5uch business at <br />. all times_ (Ord. No. 92, ~ 8(2). 11-15-65) <br /> - <br /> Sec. 13-13. Suspension, revocation-Authorized. <br />.
