Before any person shall engage in or operate any activity <br /> within the city which shall be for a limited time period or of <br /> a temporary nature as mentioned and provided for in this <br /> article. he shall first obtain a permit therefor. Any person desiring a permit required by the provisions <br /> of this article shall make application therefor to the <br /> clerk-administrator. (Res. No. 76.7, 1-26-76) <br />I Sec. 13-85. Waiver of fees. <br /> Fees required for permits under the prOV1Slons of this <br />. article may be waived by the council for schools. nonprofit <br /> organizations. governmental agencies, and similar institu- <br /> tions Or organizations, provided it first adopts a resolution <br />.- setting forth the reasons for such waiver. Permits required by the provisions of this article shall be <br /> issued upon payment of such fee as is required for the <br /> particular activity in a resolution from time to time adopted <br />I by the council, and approval as provided herein.
