Activities for which permit fee not re~ <br /> quired, <br />I The activities for which permit fees shall not be required, <br /> but nevertheless a permit shall be required, are as fol1ows: <br /> (a) Installation or construction of courtesy benches and <br />I shelters; <br /> (b) Purchase of fireworks and operation of fireworks <br /> display or program; <br />I (c) Boutique or garage sale; <br /> (d) Newspaper distribution locations; and <br />.
