The Metropolitan Council will be touring by bus; the <br /> Saint Paul riverfront and midway areas and TCAAP. The bus tour will depart Harriet Island at <br /> 8:00 AM on Friday, September 22, 1995 and will return their at approximately 11:30 AM.
