Af,!enda Items <br /> a. Approval of Minutes <br />. The Council is asked to approve the Minutes of the September II, 1995, Regular <br /> Council Meeting. <br />. 2. b. Consent Calendar <br /> 1. ClaimslPavroIl - The Council is asked to approve claims in the amount of <br /> $93,732.15 and payroll for the most recent period ended. The Council <br />. should note the payment to Maier Stewart & Associates in the amount of <br /> $47,534.18. Note the Midwest Asphalt, Valley Paving and Veit & <br />.- Company pay estimates are not reflected in the above claims total. <br /> 2. Brad Ernst Appointment - Mr. Ernst has requested to be appointed to the <br />. opening on the Public Safety/Works Committee. The Council may wish <br /> to appoint Mr. Ernst to this Committee for the remainder of 1995. <br />. c. Unfinished and New Business <br /> 1. Plannin~ Case #95-6(at - Holidav Inn <br /> The Council is asked to approve the landscape plan for the Holiday <br />. Inn. This plan was previously approved with a unaminous vote of <br /> the Planning Commission. <br />. 2. Planning Case #95-21. - Laumever <br /> The City Council is asked to approve the Special Use Permit for <br /> .. the operation of a Antique Store at 3540 New Brighton Road. This <br />. SUP was previously approved with a unanimous vote of the <br /> Planning Commission. <br />. 3. Bethel Collef,!e SWM Appeal <br /> The Council is asked to approve the appeal from Bethel College. <br />. The Council should recall that Bethel originally appealed its SWM <br /> fees about a year ago. Due to the potential perceived conflict with <br />.. the Ogren proposal, Bethel had requested final action be delayed. <br />. <br />
