As you know, this loss was reported to us on August 14,1995. On August 24, -I 1995, I acknowledged the claim to each party via a letter and attached claim form to complete regarding the specifics of their damages. As of this date, I I have not received all of the information required to fully complete each claim. However, I have been in frequent communication with many of the parties. I Mr. Paul Wallace was paid for a portion of his damages based on the information he furnished to me in a very timely manner. He continues to I supply me with various documents regarding expenses and a second payment will be made in a day or two. However, he does have some minor details to finalize, and upon receipt of that information, I will be able to make payment. I Mr. and Mrs. Garski did not submit any information until September 15, 1995. I am reviewing that information and expect to submit payment shortly. They I also have some minimal outstanding issues being looked into further. When the final paperwork is received, I will conclude their claim. Mr. Jim Borg faxed his information to me on September 18, 1995. I am I reviewing that information and will submit a final check.
