Staff recommended the <br /> undertaking ofa summary report at $3,500. <br /> MOTION: Malone moved, Keirn seconded a motion to approve the hiring of Jeffrey Johnson to I <br /> complete a Summary Special Assessment Appraisal at a cost of $3,500, The motion <br /> carried unanimously (5-0). I <br /> 1994 Street Improvements. Final Pay Estimates <br /> City Engineer Stonehouse indicated the final payment and retainage would be $13,862.29. I <br /> Councilmember Aplikowski inquired if all the residents involved in problem areas had signed off I <br /> on their claims. Mr. Stonehouse believed all but one resident. In regard to that case, it was decided <br /> to leave his driveway as it was. <br /> MOTION: Hicks moved, Malone seconded a motion to authorize final payment of $13,862.29 I <br /> for the 1994 Street Improvements Final Pay Estimate.
