I The Rice Creek Watershed District is scheduled to review this modified plan at their meeting on October 12, 1995. I 5. Compliance with the Floodplain regulations, in particular the lowest floor elevation requirement based on the regional flood protection elevation for . I Valentine Lake. The plans have been modified to remove the storm sewer connection from the sedimentation basin to Valentine Lake. Therefore, the direct threat of flooding from . Valentine Lake has been minimized to the greatest extent possible. The proposal is in compliance with the flood protection elevation requirements of the Floodplain Management regulations. I 6. Approval of and compliance with the Minnesota Pollution Control Agencies General Construction Storm Water Permit, including the implementation of I BMP's for erosion and sediment control. The plans have yet to receive the approval of the Minnesota Pollution Control I Agency (MPCA), as outlined in their letter dated August 29, 1995. 7. Provision of a 16.5 foot buffer strip adjacent to the two wetland basins. I The Preliminary Plat delineates a 16.5 foot conservation easement adjacent to the two wetland basins. 8. Payment of the park dedication fees, as determined by the City Council. .
