I <br /> Mayor Probst closed the Public Hearing at 10: 12 p.m. . <br /> MOTION: Hicks moved and Aplikowski seconded a motion to adopt Resolution 95-66 I <br /> Approving the vacation of the 20 foot wide sanitary sewer easement subject to the <br /> following conditions: <br /> a. Provision of a 20 foot wide sanitary sewer easement centered on the existing I <br /> sanitary sewer line on the plat of Townhomes of Lake Valentine, as shown <br /> on Exhibit a page 3 of3; and I <br /> b. Filing of the plat of the Townhomes of Lake Valentine with Ramsey County. <br /> Motion carried unanimously (5-0). I <br /> ADMINISTRATOR COMMENTS I <br /> City Administrator Fritsinger indicated a few items: <br /> . <br /> Valentine Park I <br /> Liberty Mutual has agreed to 100% settlement at Valentine Park. I <br /> County Road F <br /> Midwest has requested the release of the $15,000 additional retainage held by the City. The I <br /> company is working on resolving claims, but do not appear to be moving very quickly on I <br /> these claims. <br /> COUNCIL COMMENTS I <br /> Councilmember Aplikowski requested an agenda item in regard to discussion of the AMM Policy <br /> for the next work session. I <br /> Councilmember Keirn thanked Staff for the October 3rd outing. <br /> Councilmember Malone requested discussion regarding Lexington be added to a work session - <br /> agenda. <br /> Mayor Probst indicated requested staff to continue to investigate the North Suburban Cable .- <br /> Commission budget and the proposed 20% increase for 1996, <br /> - <br /> - <br /> -- ------ <br />
