CITY OF ARDEN HILLS <br /> RAMSEY COUNTY <br /> I RESOLUTION NO. 95-72 <br /> I RESOLUTION ORDERING THE PREPARATION OF PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS <br /> FOR THE RETROFIT OF LIFT STATION NUMBER 6 <br /> I <br /> WHEREAS, The City Engineer has performed a review of all of the Sanitary Sewer Utility Lift <br /> I Stations; and <br /> WHEREAS, Such review has resulted in a recommendation to retrofit Lift Station Number 6 to <br /> I submersible pumps because of operating and safety concerns; and <br /> WHEREAS, The 1995 Sanitary Sewer Utility Capital Improvement Plan (CIP) did not <br /> I contemplate the modification of Life Station Number 6 project, and; <br /> I WHEREAS, Staff has recommended a higher priority be given the Lift Station Number 6 <br /> project then the alarm system retrofit project that is funded in the 1995 CIP. <br /> I ~ NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Arden Hills, <br /> Minnesota that MSA Consulting Engineers, is hereby designated to prepare plans and <br /> specifications for the proposed retrofit of Sanitary Sewer Utility Lift Station Number 6. <br /> I PASSED AND ADOPTED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ARDEN HILLS <br /> THIS 30TH DAY OF OCTOBER, 1995. <br /> I <br /> I DENNIS PROBST, MAYOR <br /> I ATTEST: <br /> I <br /> BRIAN FRITSINGER, CITY ADMINISTRATOR <br /> I <br /> I. <br /> I <br /> I <br />
