<br /> I .. <br /> /' <br /> I . <br /> CITY OF ARDEN HILLS <br /> I RAMSEY COUNTY <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 95-73 <br /> I RESOLUTION PRIORITIZING PROPOSED LEGISLATIVE POLICIES <br /> I WHEREAS, the Association of Metropolitan Municipalities (AMM) has obtained 1996 <br /> I legislative policy recommendations from the organization's four standing <br /> committees; and <br /> I WHEREAS, AMM has asked local officials to review the policies and list the top five priorities <br /> by policy number; and <br /> I WHEREAS, the Arden Hills City Council has reviewed and discussed this request at an <br /> October 19, 1995 Council Worksession; and <br /> I NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Arden Hills, <br /> Minnesota: the following list of 1996 legislative policy recommendations be communicated to <br /> .- the Association of Metropolitan Municipalities: <br /> I Policy Number Policy Description <br /> I-B, Mandated State and Federal Programs <br /> II-A, Oppose Reduction of Local Authority <br /> I III-A-3, Mandatory Land Use Standards <br /> IV-B, Criteria for Extension of Metropolitan <br /> Governance Authority <br /> I V-A,B&C, Funding for Various Transportation Items <br /> PASSED AND ADOPTED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ARDEN HILLS <br /> I THIS 30TH DAY OF OCTOBER, 1994. <br /> I DENNIS PROBST, MAYOR <br /> I ATTEST: <br /> I BRIAN FRITSINGER, CITY ADMINISTRATOR <br /> I. <br /> I <br />
