Claims and Payroll. <br /> Councilmember Malone inquired if the electrical service could be discontinued for the entire block - <br /> of 80 hours at one time. Mr. Post indicated he did not believe that NSP could discontinue service <br /> for the entire block of 80 hours at a time, but rather a portion at a time.
