I <br /> Page 9, under TCAAP, paragraph 4: delete. <br /> MOTION: Keirn moved and Aplikowski seconded a motion to approve the minutes of the I <br /> September 21, 1995 City Council Worksession meeting and September 25, 1995 <br /> Regular City Council meeting as corrected. The motion carried unanimously (5-0). I <br /> CONSENT CALENDAR <br /> A. NSP Peak - Controlled Electric Service Agreement I <br /> B. Claims and Payroll. <br /> Councilmember Malone inquired if the electrical service could be discontinued for the entire block - <br /> of 80 hours at one time. Mr. Post indicated he did not believe that NSP could discontinue service <br /> for the entire block of 80 hours at a time, but rather a portion at a time. I <br /> MOTION: Hicks moved and Aplikowski seconded a motion to approve the Consent Calendar I <br /> as presented, and authorize execution of all necessary documents contained therein. <br /> The motion carried unanimously (5-0). <br /> .- <br /> - <br /> - <br />
