Backoround <br /> The applicant is proposing to place ante.rmas, panels and an equipment <br />.- building at 1230 Red Fox Road. This proposal is very similar to the <br /> approved use of the 4251 Fernwcod Avenue water tower by Cellular One. <br /> The City Council at a recent ';.C)rksession indicated that it WJUld <br />. consider this project. In addition to the Special Use Permit and Site <br /> Plan Review, tIle City Council will need to enter into a lease <br /> agre<'Jrel1t for this proposal. This lease agreement WJUld include the <br />. legal requirements a..'l.Ci rental rates for this proposal and will refer <br /> to the sr.iP and approved siLe plan. <br />I Findinas <br /> 1. HeiGht <br />. Section VI I I, 3 states that no antenna or tower shall exceed a <br /> height of 75 (seventy-five) feeL The proposed ante.rma and <br /> rrounti.'1g is 16' 6" in height and the water tower itself is <br />. approxirrately 150' in height. The City Attorney in a letter <br /> dated 3\10\89, has stated that normal height limitations do not <br /> apply to this tyPe of tower. <br />I 2. Location and Number <br /> Three (3) Onni DB 810 anter.nas are proposed to be located on the <br />. =f of the water tower.
