This study <br /> '- looked at crime rates per thousand and median housing values over time as indices of <br /> neighborhood deterioration. The study combined sex-oriented and alcohol-oriented <br /> ~ businesses, so its conclusions are only suggestive of the effects of sexually oriented <br /> businesses alone.
