The contract was drafted with the assistance of City Attorney Filla and I <br /> will be updated to reflect Arden Hills jurisdiction. The contract group has spent <br /> most ofthe 1995 year reviewing this five (5) year contract, so additional fine I <br /> tuning will occur in regards to dates. Please review and provide any comments at <br /> your earliest opportunity. I expect this to go before the City Council for action in <br /> December.
