Approval of Minutes <br /> , The Council is asked to approve the Minutes from three Meetings; November 13 <br /> and November 17, 1995, regular Council Meetings and the November 27, 1995 <br /> , Special Council Meeting. <br /> b. Consent Calendar <br /> , 1. Resolution #95-79. Tonv Schmidt Park <br /> The Council is asked to adopt Resolution #95-79, supporting the <br /> redevelopment of Tony Schmidt Park. The Council had reviewed this <br /> ,- Resolution at its last Meeting and directed Staff to make appropriate <br /> revisions before final approval. <br /> I 2. Claims and Payroll <br /> The Council is asked to approve claims in the amount of$286,146,29 and <br /> payroll for the period just ended. The Council should note payments to <br /> I MSA for $23,273.59; $44,950 to Ramsey County for December Law <br /> Enforcement; $47,178 to MCWS for December were sewer charges and <br /> I $113,702.24 to Midwest Asphalt for Pay Estimate #3. (The Perry Park <br /> Pay Estimate is not included in these numbers). <br /> I c. Unfinished and New Business <br /> 1. Resolution #95-83. 1996 Levv <br /> The Council is asked to adopt Resolution #95-83, clarifying fmal sums of <br /> I money to be levied for levy year 1995, payable in 1996. The final levy as <br /> presented at the Truth in Taxation Hearing is proposed to be $1,794,320. <br /> I 2. Resolution #95-87. 1996 Final Budl!et <br /> The Council is asked to adopt Resolution #95-87, accepting the 1996 final <br /> budget.
