<br /> I <br /> CITY OF ARDEN HILLS .- <br /> RAMSEY COUNTY <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 95-84 I <br /> - <br /> RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING APPROVAL OF RAMSEY COUNTY SHERIFF <br /> AGREEMENT FOR LAW ENFORCEMENT SERVICE - <br /> WHEREAS, Ramsey County has in the past contracted to provide law enforcement services to - <br /> the cities of Gem Lake, Little Canada, North Oaks, Shoreview, Vadnais Heights, <br /> White Bear Township and Arden Hills; and I <br /> WHEREAS, The City believes it to be advantageous to continue to contract with Ramsey <br /> County for law enforcement services; and - <br /> WHEREAS, The County is agreeable to reaching such services on the terms and conditions <br /> described in the Agreement; and I <br /> WHEREAS, Such Agreements are authorized and provided for by the provisions of Minnesota <br /> Statutes Sections 471.59 and 436.05, and Laws 1959, Chapter 372. . <br /> NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council that the City of Arden Hills -. <br /> approve the Agreement for Law Enforcement Services with Ramsey County. <br /> PASSED AND ADOPTED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ARDEN IDLLS I <br /> TIDS 11TH DAY OF DECEMBER, 1995. <br /> DENNIS PROBST, MAYOR . <br /> ATTEST: - <br /> BRIAN FRITSINGER, CITY ADMINISTRATOR I <br /> . <br /> . <br /> . <br /> -I <br /> . <br />
