<br /> After discussions with our Staff anddvil Engineering Consultant, Melchert-Block, we
<br /> concluded that the National Guard only requires a ten inch water line supply to our facility.
<br /> I This is what is currently being used and it is more than adequately meeting our needs, including
<br /> any anticipated renovations of the existing facilities. Therefore, we are ~uesting that if the
<br /> city needs the water service upgraded to twelve inch diameter that the addiuonal cost be born
<br /> I'e ' by the City of Arden Hills. .
