City Administrator Fritsinger indicated the discussion of this Resolution is a requirement of the <br /> contract with the Ramsey County Sheriff's Office should be approved if the Council accepts the <br /> . proposed 1996 Law Enforcement Budget. <br /> MOTION: Keirn moved and Aplikowski seconded a motion to adopt Resolution Number 95- <br /> . 82, Accepting the 1996 Budget Estimate from the Ramsey County Sheriff for <br /> 1996 Law Enforcement Service. City Administrator Fritsinger indicated this contract for Law Enforcement Services is between <br /> the City of Arden Hills and Ramsey County. The contract is very similar to the previous <br /> , contracts, ,but with four significant changes: <br /> 1. Section III, I-Term: The term of the agreement has been changed from three years <br /> ., to five years. <br /> 2.
