Resolution No. 06-22: Approving North Suburban Youth Foundation's Charitable Gambling license Renewal Request MOTION: Councilmember Grant moved and Councilmember Pellegrin seconded a motion to approve the Consent Calendar and to authorize execution of all necessary documents contained therein. The motion carried unanimously (4-0). 4. PUBLIC INOUlRIES/INFORMATIONAL None. 5. PUBLIC HEARINGS A. Bob Musil- Visit Minneapolis North - 2005 Annual Report Mayor Aplikowski introduced Mr. Bob Musil of Visit Minneapolis North. Mr. Bob Musil, Visit Miuueapolis North, provided an overview of the visitor's bureau 2005 annual report to the Council. Councilmember Grant requested Guidant Corporation be added to the list of major businesses in the City of Arden Hills. Mr. Musil responded this was probably an oversight and he would request Guidant be put in the next business guide. 6. NEW BUSINESS A. Motion to Approve Ordinanee #371 - Revisinl!: the Peddlers, Solicitors, and Transient Merchants Ordinance MOTION: Councilmember Holden moved aJld Councilmember Holden seconded a motion to Table this to the February 27, 2006 Council meeting. The motion carried unanimously (4-0). B. Planninl!: Case #05-21: Garfield Kaehel, 1479 Arden Place - Variance Rellucst Mr. Lehnhoff stated Garfield Kachel submitted a varimce application to construct an addition onto the front of his home at 1479 Arden Place. The proposed addition would accommodate the expmsion of aJ1 existing master bedroom and bathroom for handicap accessibility. Accessibility to the home would also be improved through the construction of an inclined ramp at the front entryway. The proposal requires a variance to reduce the required 40-foot structure setback from the street right-of-way to 28 feet.
