STATISTICAL SECTION <br />(UNAUDITED) <br />This part of the City's Annual Comprehensive Financial Report (ACFR) presents detailed information as <br />a context for understanding this year's financial statements, note disclosures, and supplementary <br />information. This information has not been audited by the independent auditor. <br />The contents of the statistical section include: <br />Financial Trends — These tables contain trend information that may assist the reader in assessing the <br />City's current financial performance by placing it in historical perspective. <br />Revenue Capacity — These schedules contain information to assist the reader in assessing the City's <br />most significant local revenue source —property taxes. <br />Debt Capacity — These tables present information that may assist the reader in analyzing the <br />affordability of the City's current levels of outstanding debt and the City's ability to issue additional <br />debt in the future. <br />Demographic and Economic Information — These tables offer economic and demographic <br />indicators that are commonly used for financial analysis and that can assist the reader in <br />understanding the City's present and ongoing financial status. <br />Operating Information — These tables contain service and infrastructure indicators that can assist the <br />reader in understanding how the information in the City's ACFR relates to the services the City <br />provides and the activities it performs. <br />Source — Unless otherwise noted, the information in these tables is derived from the ACFR for the <br />relevant year. <br />
