Of this, $5,002,154 represents the net investment in capital assets, leaving <br />$788,809 of unrestricted net position. <br />Surface Water Management Fund operating revenues for 2023 were $958,807, an increase of $21,155 <br />from last year. Operating expenses for 2023 (excluding depreciation of $163,437) were $510,119, or <br />$50,947 more than the prior year.
