Monthly Report
Staff updated the Committee in regards to the various monthly activities. The
Committee asked about the meeting with CDC and their future plans. The
Committee was encouraged by Ms. Aplikowski to attend the Public Hearing
scheduled on March 27, 1995 to review the Ogren Townhome Proposal. The
Committee supported the project but thought the neighborhood, if opposed to this
• development, should consider acquiring the property.
5. Marketing Packet
Staff provided the recent DTED Community profile. The Committee agreed that
the City should continue to pursue the marketing packet as previously proposed in
order to keep Arden Hills information unique.
The Committee discussed a folder utilizing the DTED profile. Chairman Carlson
suggested the City stay in the same track as has been previously discussed.
In the City packet, something should be added which says "for further information
contact Brian Fritsinger." Committee still would like pictures of City in our packet
and would encourage the Council to incur the additional costs for pictures.
5.
