Zoning and Subdivision Ordinance Review Kick-Off Discussion <br /> Rita Trapp, HKGi, provided the Council with preliminary information on the zoning and <br /> subdivision ordinance code update process. She introduced herself, her firm along with her team, <br /> and explained she looks forward to working with the City on this project. <br /> Jason Zimmerman, HKGi, described HKGi's approach for this project noting the different <br /> phases, provided observations from the City's current code and reviewed the online survey <br /> comments he received from the Council regarding the City's zoning and subdivision ordinance. <br /> He discussed how community engagement would be held with the public and reviewed the <br />
