�ENHILL, <br /> ORDINANCE NO. 2024-005 <br /> CITY OF ARDEN HILLS <br /> RAMSEY COUNTY, MINNESOTA <br /> AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 9—BUILDING REGULATIONS,BY <br /> AMENDING SECTION 900—ADOPTION OF THE MINNESOTA BUILDING CODE, <br /> AMENDING SECTION 910—SWIMMING POOLS,AND <br /> ADDING A NEW SECTION 920—ZONING PERMIT REGULATIONS <br /> THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ARDEN HILLS, MINNESOTA, ORDAINS: <br /> SECTION 1. Section 900 — Adoption of the Minnesota Building Code is hereby <br /> amended by deleting the [str-iek ] language and adding the underlined language as follows: <br /> Section 900— [ ] Building Regulations <br /> 900.01 Adoption of Minnesota Building Code <br /> The Minnesota State Building Code, as adopted by the Commissioner of Labor and Industry <br /> pursuant to Minnesota Statutes, Chapter 326B, including all of the amendments, rules, and <br /> regulations established, adopted, and published from time to time by the Minnesota Commissioner <br /> of Labor and Indusryy, through the Building Codes and Standards Unit, is hereby adopted by <br /> reference,with the exception of the optional chapters,unless specifically adopted in this ordinance. <br /> The Minnesota State Building Code, which includes the International Fire Code, including <br /> Appendix Chapter H and the Minnesota State Fire Code, is herebyincorporated in this ordinance <br /> as if fully set out herein. <br /> 900.0[4-]2 Application, Administration and Enforcement. <br /> Subd. 1 The application, administration., and enforcement of the code shall be in accordance <br /> with the Minnesota [rule PaA 1300 2100, and as modified by Chapter- i 305] State Building Code. <br /> The code shall be enforced within the extraterritorial limits permitted by [M.S. § '6B.62 ("] <br /> Minnesota Statutes § 326B.121, Subd. 2(d), [as amended ftem time`e time,] when so established <br /> by this section. <br /> Subd. 2 The code enforcement agency of this municipality is called the Arden Hills Building <br /> Department. <br /> The [brae ete s*r-ieke ] language is deleted; the underlined language is inserted <br /> I <br />
