Utility Rate Study presentation(Water and Sewer)—Jon North, Ehlers & <br /> Associates <br /> Jon North presented the Utility Rate Study„ <br /> What do the utility rates pay for? Operations, water purchase, sewer and water <br /> main replacement, sewer disposal fees and replacement of reserves. <br /> North discussed the financial history of the water and sewer cash balances as well <br /> as financial trends of the water and sewer funds.
