July 14; 19.52 <br /> <br />73 <br /> <br />'!his hearing was held PtLrsuant to notice dated July 1st, I 9.52, published <br />July 3, 19.52 in '!he 11.0se Tribune and posted July 2Il.d. 19.52, by the clerk, in <br />three PtLblic pIsces desigQated by resolution. <br /> <br />Yll;yor Cummings presided at the hearing. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />All members of the council were present. <br /> <br />Peti ti oner Frank Winiecke presented the petition signed by himself and <br />Joseph Modesette. Norbert Techida. Mrs. Catherine Tschida. Mrs. Mary hlaske, <br />Peter Malaslte, and Joe :Bu.ssard, .ich asks the council to change the following <br />described property from Farm 11.esidential to an Industrial District: <br /> <br />"All that part of the Southeast one-quarter (SEiI of the <br />,Southeast one-qu.arter (sEtI of Section 2l, To1ll!l 30 North, <br />llange 23 'l'est lying northerly of S. !" H. 100, westerly of <br />Snelling Ave. and easterly of S. T. H. 10 SUbject to said <br />S.!P.H.IO * 100 and Snelling Avenue." <br /> <br />Bec~se the ptition failed to set out the legal descriptions of the properties <br />owned by the several petitioners it was referred back: to Mr. Winiecke for the <br />PtLrpose of having it amended to include the same. <br /> <br />Also present were Mr. H.
