September 13. 1952 <br /> <br />(2nd Hearing) <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />This hearing was called by ~yor Cummings by phoned notice to consider <br />an oral proposal by Ralph W. Hunt and other property owners on West Skiles <br />Lane to blacktop their portion of that street, by benefitted property owners <br />paying cash in advance for the improvement. <br /> <br />Mayor Cummings presided at the hearing. <br /> <br />There was no roll call, but Cummings, Doe pner, DeLange and li:Olung were <br />present. l~ck absent. <br /> <br />Ralph W.
