1. Narrative- reasons for flexibilities <br />The only item that we would need consideration for is landscaping. The existing site is covered with <br />trees. These are being removed for the proposed building and paved areas that are required. <br />The site will have an abundance of landscaping and the only request was that the exiting sightlines <br />be clear for the firefighters when they leave for a call. Any requirement for trees will be fulfilled <br />elsewhere as desired by the City. <br />
