Zoning and Subdivision Ordinance Review Kick -Off Discussion <br />Rita Trapp, HKGi, provided the Council with preliminary information on the zoning and <br />subdivision ordinance code update process. She introduced herself, her firm along with her team, <br />and explained she looks forward to working with the City on this project. <br />Jason Zimmerman, HKGi, described HKGi's approach for this project noting the different <br />phases, provided observations from the City's current code and reviewed the online survey <br />comments he received from the Council regarding the City's zoning and subdivision ordinance. <br />He discussed how community engagement would be held with the public and reviewed the <br />
