Applicant as part of this application is requesting the City waive the Public Use <br />Dedications including the Park Dedication Fee. As part of their submittal, the Board has <br />provided a letter of support for the Applicant's request. The Applicant and Board have <br />received State of Minnesota funding for this project and applications have been made for <br />federal funding. Funding for this Lake Johanna Fire Department Headquarters Station <br />will primarily be through local tax dollars. <br />8.
