Public Notice <br />• Notice was published in the Pioneer Press on July 12, 2024. Notice <br />was prepared by the City and mailed to property owners within 1,000 <br />feet of the subject property. <br />• One comment was received at the Planning Commission public <br />hearing. The comment was concerning the quantity of tree removal <br />and possible preservation of more trees. <br />• Applicant hosted a neighborhood meeting on May 30, 2024 and <br />invited properties within 1,000 feet of the Subject Property to attend <br />in order to learn more about the project.
