The Applicant has provided details in the Architectural Plans (Attachment <br />G) which identifies how the Subject Property would be utilized in Phase I as an event center, Phase <br />II as a restaurant, and Phase III as an adult day care. The City Council should consider the different <br />phases of development while considering the Master and Final PUD as proposed in this <br />application. In this application, the Applicant is seeking approval for Phase I, the event center, and <br />Phase II, which includes the restaurant.
