The Applicant is proposing two (2) internally illuminated wall signs for <br />a total square footage of 44.7 square feet, both to be located on the east elevation. One reading <br />Elegant Event Center & Cafe will be installed above the main entry to the building and one reading <br />Event Center Entrance above the entrance to the main hall from the covered patio.
